Guerdon Again Partners with Deveraux for Modern Condo Project

Guerdon and Deveraux Modern Living are proving to have a fruitful partnership; as yet another condominium project from the two is due for occupancy by October 2013. Sun View Condos boasts 24 suites in the adult only active living complex in Saskatchewan.

While construction times are minimized with modular construction, the building as many modern amenities, including: in-ground and heated covered parking, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliance package, in-suite laundry, elevator, and even an in-suite HVAC system and water heater. The building also includes a 1600 sq. ft. entertainment room with TV theater and pool table plus an adjoining 1600 sq. ft. sun room.

The rural, often sub-zero temperature building site is ideal for modular technology which is not slowed by inclement weather traditional construction. The project was designed and built in Boise, Idaho at Guerdon headquarters, transported to Saskatchewan, then the modular units were stacked by crane in Indian Head, SK to form Sun View Condos.
