Tommy Rakes Named CEO of Guerdon, LLC
BOISE, ID., July 2022 – We are excited to announce that Tommy Rakes has joined the Guerdon team as Chief Executive Officer.
For over 40 years, Rakes has been integrally involved in modular construction, from direct line supervision to the most senior levels managing multiple locations and facilities.

Guerdon has long been recognized for its strong team of seasoned veterans, all with deep industry experience. Rakes’ new leadership appointment continues that direction and solidifies Guerdon’s total commitment to making sure every project is a success for our customers.

The CEO position has been vacant for the past 9 months as the board of directors sought a highly experienced successor to take the helm. During this time, Stephan Shaw, President & General Manager assumed much of the responsibilities.
Rakes most recent role as President of Manufacturing Operations at Impressa Buildings Systems utilized his plant startup experience to transform and upfit a factory in less than 90 days. Rakes deep experience, knowledge and holistic approach to the modular process will help Guerdon implement its strategy for industry leadership and growth.
