Park 20 Townhomes: 72nd Ave Crane Set Event

Park 20 Townhomes: 72nd Ave is a housing project in Portland, Oregon, where Guerdon made 28 modules in our in-house factory in Boise, Idaho, but will have 40 crane picks on-site. The project’s crane set schedule followed a 5-day timeline to completion.

Tuyo Development, the project’s Developer and self-performing General Contractor, has been on top of everything, ensuring smooth sailing on setting up the modular units. Additionally, Bent Level Construction., the Set Crew, provided excellent service making sure the modules are handled and set up properly on the housing project.
