Built to provide reliable housing for workers and to supplement the growing need for extended stay options in Williston, North Dakota. This is the second phase of a camp that originally opened in October of 2012. The second phase was engineered, designed, and built by Guerdon for Target Logistics.

Built for the use of oilfield executives, all of the standard finishes were upgraded to high-end finishes like knotty-pine tongue-and-groove ceilings and hardi-plank siding, peaked-roofs and shingled roofing.
