The award winning Deveraux Heights apartments consist of 160 units spread across three separate buildings. Conveniently located in Regina’s Harbour Landing, this contemporary project features an enhanced exterior, superior interior craftsmanship, granite counter tops and other upgraded finishes. The complex offers tenants 1 bedroom plus den suites or 2 bedroom suites. While most units are on a single floor, the design also called for trendy executive two floor loft units on the 3rd and 4th floors. All suites are equipped with air conditioning, full sized appliances and the option for in suite laundry.

One of the most innovative modular aspects to come out of this project was the scale of efficiency in the living units to module box ratio. At 1 living unit to every 1.075 boxes, the modular designer was able to maximize the number of units per box built making better living space for occupants and also saving money on the delivery end with fewer trucks moving down the road.

Federal and provincial investments helped to reduce the rent of 30 units as part of Canada’s Affordable Housing Agreement. The units are a mix of one-and two-bedroom units. This project was a great example of what can happen when public and private sectors work as a team to improve the quality of life for those in need. See the Deveraux Heights’ website here.
