Canyon Retirement Community is a 60-room, assisted living and memory care facility. Amenities include guest accommodations, community kitchens, libraries, and laundry facilities. The modular built project was crane set in August 2016.

54 modules, 51 for the main building and three for admin building, were fabricated 120 miles to the West by Guerdon Modular Buildings in Boise, ID. While Guerdon constructed the modules under roof in its 125,000 sq. ft. facility, crews prepared the site and poured foundations. ProSet, a Colorado based general contractor placed the units on the foundations, completed structural connections and earthquake steel strapping, complete the exterior vapor barrier, and weather protected the modules. The only site built components were the porte-cochere and the roof.

The community, designed by JHS Architects of Pocatello, ID and developed by Canyon Community Retirement LLC, broke ground in May of 2016 and open to guests one year later.
