Located just off the El Camino Real corridor in Los Altos, 330 Distel Circle is the city’s first 100% affordable housing development. This 90-unit community will serve families and individuals earning between 30% and 80% of Santa Clara County’s Area Median Income, with a portion of the units reserved for Permanent Supportive Housing.

The development includes a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Shared amenities will include a multipurpose community room, onsite laundry, bike storage and repair station, electric vehicle charging, and a staffed management office with a resident services coordinator.

Designed to blend into the existing architectural fabric of Los Altos, the building features a modular construction approach over a CLT (cross-laminated timber) podium, contributing to faster build times and a reduced carbon footprint. Sustainability features include solar PV panels, water- and energy-efficient systems, low-flow fixtures, drought-tolerant landscaping, and native plantings. The site is transit-oriented and walkable, located near the Palo Alto Medical Foundation and key services along El Camino Real.
