Modular Momentum – 4 Years Into Marriott’s Initiative

In the Spring of 2015, Marriott challenged the modular industry at MBI’s World of Modular convention in Las Vegas, NV to make this building technology available as a viable alternative to traditional stick built construction. Fast-forward 4 years, modular construction is in high demand and Guerdon has over a dozen hotel projects completed or currently under construction including Marriott’s largest modular hotel.
