Compton Send-Off Party

Guerdon spearheaded a Send-Off Party celebration for the modules headed to Compton College in Compton, CA. It is the first DSA-Approved Modular Student Housing project in the Country. We’re proud of the work we put in here and needed to take the time to celebrate!

The 251 prefabricated units will address the student housing needs of Compton College. The target opening date is Fall 2027.
