Company History
In 2020, an investor group led by Lad Dawson, Mike Bowers and Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC formed Guerdon, LLC and acquired substantially all the assets of Guerdon Enterprises, LLC. Guerdon Enterprises, LLC was originally founded by Lad Dawson in 2001 and sold in 2017 when Dawson retired. Reacquiring the assets and forming this new company is keeping in line with Dawson’s founding vision of applying high-quality manufacturing technology to large scale commercial construction and bringing that process into the mainstream.
