Overview: Guerdon is seeking qualified applications for experienced Lead Receiver. This individual is responsible for receiving material deliveries, verifying deliver accuracy, staging materials, and delivering production materials and supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
- Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
- Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing products.
- Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering production materials and supplies.
- Keep stock room area organized and clean. Includes the stock area, loading dock, and receiving office.
- Collaborate with the inventory control and purchasing groups on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Ability to organize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
- Proficient knowledge in commercial/residential construction and other structures.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Compliance with all safety guidelines and procedures
- 1+ years inventory management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime
- 1+ years forklift operation experience

Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, and kneel.
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50Ibs.
- Moderately loud noise level.
