Overview: Guerdon is seeking qualified applications for experienced Electrician for new construction of commercial and multi-family housing.  Experience with all aspects wiring and trim preferred. Our ideal candidates will possess prior experience in the commercial/residential construction field. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a high level of organization and a strong attention to detail are essential. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer installation instructions, and ensure product is built to standards under tight timelines.  May clean and prepare work area, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials.

Responsibilities/Learned Skill will include:

• Maintain multiple types of electrical systems found in commercial and multi-family housing.
• Installing and/or replacing new lighting and lighting control systems.
• Install new wire in existing systems or repairing old wiring.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
• Installing conduits using a hand, mechanical, or hydraulic bender.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Properly reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient knowledge in commercial/residential construction and other structures.
• Ability to organize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Complaint with local, city, state, and national electrical codes.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Compliance to all safety guidelines and procedures.
