Jefferson Elementary School District Workforce Housing | Daly City, California

Guerdon has teamed up with Overaa Construction to build 56 affordable housing units for the Jefferson Elementary School District in Daly City, California. The much-needed housing will be erected on the MP Brown Elementary School site, providing affordable housing for the faculty and staff.

The 6-building project designed by Lowney Architecture will be made up of 118 modules built in Guerdon’s Boise, Idaho factory, 650 miles from the job site.

After competing with other manufacturers in the proposal process, Guerdon and Overaa were selected to build this greatly needed design-build project. The design team has reached 100% Design Development drawings and the are preparing for factory production to begin in Fall of 2021.
