This astonishing feat is possible due to the modular construction process, where modules are built in Guerdon’s state‐of‐the-art indoor facility and assembled on‐site. Build quality is not compromised in this construction process and as a result is substantially more consistent than traditional construction.

Sky Pointe Estates is a four story, 75 unit apartment building, one of many projects by Regina‐based Deveraux Modern Living that utilizes modular technology. The 1 and 2 bedroom apartments feature full size appliances and even the option of in suite laundry.
