Installation & Construction

Guerdon offers a unique ability to provide construction services for much of the vertical construction portion of a project. For some projects, we can provide full on-site construction services for the vertical construction process above the concrete foundations.

In our scope of work for most projects, we will provide factory-trained crews to crane-set, install and assemble the modular buildings. They will also make MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) connections within the modular portions of the buildings and complete interior finishes. Tasks are performed and executed on an expedited schedule to facilitate the general contractor’s full construction and completion schedule.
