Guerdon Receives Large Order From PTI Group Inc.

Guerdon Enterprises LLC, a leader in modular construction and technology, announced today that it will be working with PTI Group Inc. on a major housing project for Fort McMurray in Alberta, Canada. PTI Group Inc., based in Edmonton, Canada, is one of North America’s largest fully integrated suppliers of remote site services.

While the terms of the order were not fully disclosed, Guerdon has agreed to produce a number of three-story, dormitory-style housing and “camp” facilities for one of PTI’s rapidly growing oil, gas, and mining industry workforce camps.

With the recent surge in North American energy exploration and extraction, workforce housing supply is severely limited with a growing demand that is expected to continue for much of 2011.
