The Government has office and housing needs in various remote locations around the globe. Where the terrain is rough and the conditions are difficult, Guerdon produces many types of remote offices and housing facilities to accommodate these needs. Our modular building construction is unique in that offi ces and housing can be built as either temporary or permanent structures.

Administrative Offices
Space to house administrative and operational staff is often the most fundamental need of most government agencies.  The Guerdon and Palomar manufacturing plants have built a variety of offices ranging from simple 1,000 square-foot administrative buildings to multi-story military command posts designed to accommodate more than a thousand employees.

Remote Housing
Guerdon has been at the forefront of designing, engineering, manufacturing, and installing complexes suited for remote areas.  Government organizations have found that creating remote housing for their employees has helped to reduce transportation time and lodging expenses often associated with projects that are not located in populated areas. These projects are often more complex than simply creating sleeping quarters and often include a full range of other buildings to meet a variety of needs including:
