Town Center - Fort Lewis, WA The Ft. Lewis Town Center Multifamily Residence Project consists of three story townhomes and apartment buildings, as well as four story mixed-use buildings. The 350,000 square foot project is designed to accommodate 220 living units.

Guerdon has extensive experience and expertise in all types of multi-family residential housing projects. What distinguishes us is our large production capability and systems-built technology which makes the entire process take a fraction of the time that on-site building would take. The quality of our products and workmanship is managed by our team of owners and managers who are consistently on the job or in the factory on a daily basis to oversee product engineering, site construction and factory production.

In 2010, Guerdon was chosen by two of the nation’s largest multi-family developers to construct 254 housing units in Fort Lewis, Washington; a contract with a total value of over $45,000,000.

On these projects, we were responsible for the engineering, modular unit construction and all onsite construction services for modular residential buildings including duplex homes, three-story townhouses, three and four-story apartments, and mixed use prefab buildings.  Our scope of work included all onsite vertical construction services above the foundation to final completion and Certificate of Occupancy.
