Safety

With a well-managed production assembly line in a climate-controlled factory, we can create a work environment that is safer and more comfortable for our work force.  The level of control we are able to manage during our building process enables us to implement safety precautions in our factory. Since we are able to complete the majority of the construction in our own factory, including nearly 70% of all traditionally subcontracted work, here are some of the safety benefits of our modular construction process:

• Modules are built close to the factory floor in a “single level” environment, eliminating safety challenges for workers on high floors
• Workforce and materials are not exposed to harsh weather and elements
• In-plant construction offers  safe, permanent scaffolding and safety equipment
• Effective safety training and incentive programs are on-going
• Regular inspection and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Mandatory eye and ear protection plus fall protection where needed
