“Guerdon’s Design and Engineering team understands the complexities of large projects while maintaining the focus on the developer’s needs of quality, affordability and design. Guerdon has always produced the product on or before the schedule requirements. They take pride and responsibility for their work and they are the only company I’ve found that understands the value of a quality product.”

Cary Coleman, Owner, Approved Systems, Inc.
As a new Guerdon builder with several houses now under my belt, I would like to take a brief moment to describe the quality of home and more importantly the follow-up service I have experienced. It all begins with the Sales Staff that are absolutely tops at explaining products, pricing, and options. I build homes one at a time, yes one order at a time and can assure you they treat me as if I was ordering 100 homes at a time!

Then comes the home. The entire Guerdon Staff assists me in every way in getting the home shipped properly. And do they ship the house great; with heavy vinyl protection second to none. I order a lot of options on my homes and place them on high-end properties for resale. I can assure you that a Guerdon homes stands up to the competition in the semi-custom to custom market. And that quality is miles ahead of on-site track built homes.

Now I come to the part of the Guerdon experience that separates them other companies. Their customer service follow-up is absolutely amazing. They really go the extra mile to ensure my home is as close to perfect as reasonably possible. I could write a book on how well their customer service has been to me. The Guerdon experience has always been so above and beyond other companies regardless of product or service that I can only be amazed at how fortunate I am to be a part of what they are building. A great company one home at a time!

Jim Henson, Henson Construction
“My company was the developer and General Contractor for the Cahill South project, which was comprised of 480 modules that were manufactured by Guerdon. Guerdon delivered all modules on time, performed all work per the terms as well as the spirit, of the contract. The quality and workmanship was first class and Guerdon acted responsibly in performing any corrective work that was required.  On a scale of one to ten, our experience with Guerdon was a ten!”

Jeff Hayden, CDC Construction Manager
Community Development Corporation of Utah (CDC) chose Guerdon Homes of Boise, Idaho as the company to design and build these homes due to the high quality product it produces and the company’s ability to deliver the homes where needed. Guerdon uses what it calls “systems-built” technology which is defined as “a fast-growing modern form of new home construction using pre-built modular homes and recognized for its increased efficiency and ability to apply advanced technology to the needs of today’s market place.” Guerdon builds these modular homes on a large assembly line in a climate-controlled factory, and then transports them to the job site where the homes are positioned by crane onto their foundations. A trained crew then completes the onsite assembly which typically includes building a porch, finishing the roof, and completing other design details.

“The benefits of modular housing include efficient and more affordable building methods than standard site-built construction, reduce dependence on subcontractors, and have consistent quality throughout.” The homes Guerdon builds are not manufactured housing and are built to comply with standard building codes and are valued and appraised the same as site-built structures. What is more, uncharacteristic of manufactured homes, there modular homes are built with any roof pitch the own desires, giving them a traditional look.

We want to thank you for our Guerdon house.  Our house was built last year in our forest located in Northeast Washington on our private ridge.  This is our first winter here.  We had quite a brutal winter with over four feet of snow sitting on our roof during the deepest period.  While our neighbors shoveled their roofs we sat in the comfort of our living room with a fire in the Hearthstone wood burning stove keeping nice and warm  We are glad we took the Guerdon Engineer’s advise on going with the 100 lb. per square foot  snow load, 8 ½ pitch roof design.”

"...I've found that in all cases the modules were delivered on time and per the original contract. It is clear to me that Guerdon Homes honors their Contracts based upon the 9 projects we have worked on together so far..."

“I wanted to take this opportunity to share my enjoyment of my wonderful Guerdon-made home. I live in rural southern Colorado at 8000 ft.  I have enjoyed the open floor plan and the energy efficiency, as well as the high quality fixtures and amenities.  I have also felt great customer support from all the folks at Guerdon, with any question I have had in the last four years.  A great company with a great product!”

Mike Bowers, (CEO at time of project), Comark Building Systems, Inc.
“Guerdon Enterprises has built projects for us located throughout the Western part of the United States, Canada and Alaska. Two projects that we are very proud of are located in the State of Alaska at Ft. Richardson, in Anchorage, AK and the other located at Ft. Wainwright, Fairbanks, AK.  The factory operations and the finished products were carefully inspected and accepted by the Army Corp of Engineers.  We received consistently high marks from the Corp of Engineers personnel for our performance.  The buildings were delivered on time and on budget. Since that time, there have been no problems.”
