Plant Locations
Guerdon’s corporate headquarters and primary factory are located in Boise, Idaho. Our primary factory is set on a 20-acre site and handles the construction for much of the northwestern region including Alaska and Canada. A second factory site in DeSoto, Texas, with affiliate Palomar Modular Buildings, is located on a 16-acre site provides additional capacity for certain large scale projects and assists us in serving the central and southwestern regions.
