Company History

Guerdon Enterprises LLC was founded in 2001 by Lad Dawson.  With a vision to make factory technology the mainstream method of modular residential and commercial modular construction projects, Dawson acquired the factory and began building upon his seasoned experience to perfect modular construction methods.

Beginning with single-family homes, Guerdon now engineers some of the largest modular construction projects in the northwest.  Dawson and his small group of partners, including COO, Rick Murdock, have built the privately owned company into an innovative market leader since its inception over a decade ago.

With a constantly growing portfolio of successful projects, the Guerdon team has developed not only a reputation for quality assurance, but for its Guerdon Difference with each project.
